Employee Health Benefits

After a one month probationary period, employees maintaining a minimum of thirty hours per week will be eligible for health care benefits.

In addition, benefit eligible employees will also receive an employer funded Medical Expenses Spending Account to help offset minor medical costs.

Employee Compensation

• Holiday Pay: As an employee, you will be paid time and a half for all approved national holidays.
• Overtime Pay: If you work more than 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week, you will get paid the standard 1.5 times your regular wage.

Referral Bonus

Do you know a pharmacist or a pharmacy technician in the northern California Bay Area that is currently looking for full or even part time work? If so, then tell them about Nor-Cal. If your referal completes just 40 hours on assignment with us then you will receive a bonus check.

We will award $125 for the referal of a pharmacy technician and $250 for the referal of a pharmacist. There is no limit on the amount of referal money that you can earn, so be sure to mention our name the next time you have an opportunity to network with pharmacy professionals like yourself.
